What Park Pulse is
Park Pulse gives you wait times, crowd levels, forecasts, and planning tools for theme parks. It’s for planning and information only.
Not affiliated with the parks
Park Pulse is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company, Disney Parks, or any other theme park operator. All park trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Accuracy and your decisions
We work hard to keep data current, but wait times, hours, forecasts, and other information come from third-party sources and our own estimates, and they can be wrong or out of date. Always confirm important details with the park’s official app or website. Don’t rely on Park Pulse for anything safety-, health-, or money-critical.
Park Pulse+ subscription
Park Pulse offers an optional subscription, Park Pulse+, in weekly, monthly, and yearly options. Subscriptions are sold through Apple and billed to your Apple Account. They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms — we can’t issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
Please use Park Pulse for its intended purpose. Don’t scrape or bulk-download our data, reverse-engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law.
The app is provided “as is”
Park Pulse is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from decisions you make based on its information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the date above and the copy here and in the app. Continuing to use Park Pulse means you accept the changes.
