Park Pulse for iOS

Need help?

Email support@parkpulse.co

Park Pulse is made by one person, so your message goes straight to a human — no ticket queue, no bot. Feature requests land at the same address, and a lot of what’s in the app started as one.

Before you write

Most problems are specific to one park’s data feed or one iOS release. These details usually turn a week of back-and-forth into a single reply:

  • Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version.
  • The park, attraction, or screen where you saw the problem.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot — it helps more than a description.

A wait time looks wrong

Park Pulse shows the wait times and schedules the parks themselves publish, sourced from ThemeParks.wiki and Queue-Times.com and refreshed throughout the day. We don’t estimate or override the parks’ own numbers — when a posted wait is inaccurate, or a ride goes down without the park updating its data, Park Pulse reflects that.

If something looks persistently wrong — an attraction missing entirely, a schedule that never updates — email us and we’ll look into it.

Alerts aren’t arriving

  • Check notifications are allowed: iOS Settings → Notifications → Park Pulse.
  • Check the alert is still active in the app under Alerts.
  • Alerts fire while the park is open, from live data. If the ride never hits your threshold, no alert is sent.

Park Pulse+ subscriptions

Park Pulse+ is billed through your Apple Account. To view, change, or cancel it, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps your Plus features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

If you’ve paid but don’t see your Plus features — on a new device, for example — open the Park Pulse+ screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
